The technician was very friendly and after some process of elimination he was able to fix the problem. He was there about 30 minutes. Only a small piece of angle metal was required. The total cost was $259. While I knew the estimate and had agreed to the amount before he started the work. I was surprised the fix was so simple (new piece of angle metal and tightening the spring) that the cost was so high. $250 for 30 minutes of labor seems high to me. Oh well, live and learn.

Presented a thorough and honest assessment of the damaged and existing conditions of the whole garage door components including proper maintenance and safety to improve performance and longevity.
